I coach the full system — not just training or macros. My approach covers movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, hydration, and recovery. You’re not just getting a PT — you’re getting a coach who helps you build a life that works, not just a body that looks good.
2. I’ve worked with trainers before and didn’t get results. What’s different this time?

Yes — absolutely. Many of my clients are in their 50s, 60s, and 70s, and some have had surgeries or long-standing pain. Programs are fully tailored to your current ability and long-term goals.
5. Do you offer meal plans?
Yes — we provide tailored macro and calorie-based meal plans through our coaching app. These plans are aligned with your goals and lifestyle, so you’re not following something generic — you’re following something sustainable.
6. What if I travel or have a crazy schedule?

You’ll have 24/7 access to me through our coaching platform — for check-ins, questions, feedback, or even just support when life hits hard.
I offer video coaching where you can send in lifts for personalised, voice-over analysis to improve form and confidence.
Every month, I host ‘Coffee with Your Coach’ — a casual catch-up for clients (family welcome) to connect, chat, and stay grounded outside the gym.
