At Rebalance Performance & Nutrition, we don’t do sparkles, gimmicks, or magic-show promises. We cut through the noise and guide you back to what works — rebuilding the fundamentals so real, lasting strength can take hold.


Our coaching goes beyond just sets and reps. We help you understand your body on a whole new level — through tailored training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle systems that evolve with you.


But we’re not just about coaching — we thrive on community. Every month, we host Coffee with Your Coach — a relaxed event where clients (and their families) can connect over good coffee and better conversations. We talk health, wellness, training myths, nutrition fads, and whatever else matters most in real life.


We also run educational workshops with myotherapists, osteopaths, physiotherapists, and other professionals to help you stay informed, empowered, and in control of your body and wellbeing.


We operate out of Advance Fitness — but if you’re training with me, you’re covered. No membership required. Just show up ready to do the work.


This is more than a program. It’s a full-circle approach to rebuilding your strength, mindset, and lifestyle — one session at a time.
